    Sennheiser HD 600 Impressions Thread

I have no idea. It could be, indeed. I guess the only way to find out is by swapping them and see whether it sounds any different on the other side? Will get back as soon as I'm done.   Edit: I have changed them and it's gotten worse. Now the perfectly working right side gives absolutely no...

    Sennheiser HD 600 Impressions Thread

The connector is absolutely fine. Just like the other one. I'm also thinking about the driver, but would there be a way of fixing it without ordering a completely new driver? I know this is an incredibly stupid question, but to be honest it does scare me that I might have to buy another pair of...

No, I could not measure it unfortunately since I have no such tools in my usage. I did try to switch the ends of the cables of course, the result wqas the same, although the left side (which was almost dead silent) became a bit louder. The right side remained the same.

    Sennheiser HD 600 Impressions Thread

Guys, I'm in a big trouble regarding my HD 600s right now. For some reason the right side sounds louder than the left. The sound coming out of the left side is nearly nonexistent, while the right side is completely fine. Could it be the drivers? I've taken both earcups apart to see the drivers...

    Sennheiser HD 600 Impressions Thread

Seems like the Custom Art Music One is getting a great review here. I know I should look further into this topic, because I've always wondered whether there's an IEM sounding quite similar to the HD 600 or not. What caught my eye was "natural", which perfectly describes the HD 600. Anyone...

Why do no audiophiles listen to electronic music?

About the space thingie, I think this track definitely has the feeling:     This track is from 1996, the days when Electronic Music was rising. LSG is an alias of a producer called Oliver Lieb who's been in the industry since 1988.

any audiophile that listens to trance.

I listen to Trance 99% of the time but I still consider myself an audiophile. Too bad it's not being produced the way it used to be these days.

    Trance

Not a fan of these epic emotional tracks at all, this was the track that got Sunny Lax started:

    Sennheiser HD 600 Impressions Thread

I wasn't planning on upgrading anything cable wise, I was just curious. There are some who think cables do improve the sound quality and there are some who think it doesn't. Now I may had been stupid when I bought this Cardas cable I use with the HD 600 at the moment but back then I was...

Has anyone here used aftermarket cables with their HD 600? Would be interested to hear some comparisons between some.

    Sennheiser HD 600 Impressions Thread

Has anyone here ever used both the Bottlehead Crack and the 6N1P tube amp (This one designed by Morgan Jones.)? I've got the Morgan Jones one, which is also considered to be a top end-game amplifier for the HD 600, (Actually some DIYers prefer the MJ over the Crack.) but I've never had a chance...

    Sennheiser HD 600 Impressions Thread

So excited, I may be able to finally get my hands on a Morgan Jones amplifier, which is considered to be one of the best amplifiers to pair with the HD 580/600s. I've been using a solid state DIY amp ever since I had my HD 600s and they sounded really great even with that amplifier, so I guess...

    Trance

Just discovered this amazing tune, great to see some old-school Trance in 2014 instead of all the Electro House sounding tracks labelled as Trance.

    Trance

I've already posted that track a page earlier and it indeed is awesome, as everything Wellerausch or Basil O'Glue did.     Have a great weekend, everyone! I don't know how many of you true trancers remember this one.

Yes, it indeed is a really awesome track. I really like how he mixes these new, modern sounds with a bit of an old school style as well. Talking about him:   Another great yet very underrated track from him, this is the track he came back with in 2009 after a small break.

    Trance

Unfortunately Orjan Nilsen doesn't produce Trance anymore, I don't know if you've listened to his new album, No Saint Out Of Me, but all the tracks are just that Electro House alike Trouse stuff, unfortunately. It's very sad, because Orjan had potential as well, and was really promising at...

    Trance

No problem at all. By the way, the new track I just posted was the last new release I listened this week and sounds just like the other ones that get released these days. Sean Tyas was really promising when his track, "Lift" got huge supports in 2006. Since then, his "career" fell into this so...

Wow, really? I don't mean to be disrespectful, but most of the stuff coming out today is just noisy. I'm unable to handle it, makes me feel sick. Of course, there are exceptions.

Oh, yes, Pop The Cat's Adventure / Trampoline was a really great single, but Trampoline was the one I found to be better.     Just found this one while scrolling through my folder. What a pleasant surprise hearing it after a very long while. This track back then in 2004 was simply...
