Let me start out by saying I originally listened to my K701s frequently during the break in period.  I can tell you that break in made a huge difference, but I wasn't sure if it was my adjusting to the sound, or the headphones changing, or some combination of both.  My K701s are now *years* old...

I was wondering if anyone has tried the headphone amp on the Peachtree Nova yet. I am currently powering my K701s with a Meier Aria, and have been happy with the setup, but I am looking to replace my whole desktop (dac/integrated/headamp) with the Nova in an effort to reclaim some desktop space...

I have been driving my AKG K701s for quite a while with a Meier Audio amp. Upstream electronics is Musical Fidelity X-DAC v8 -> Musical Fidelity A5 integrated -> Aria. Obviously I am a fan of the Musical Fidelity sound, but would there be much advantage in replacing the Aria with an X-Can v8?

I am looking to update my setup, and trying to decide between a Corda Aria and Woo Audio 3 to drive AKG K701s. Any opinions on these 2 amps would be appreciated. I have seen several people mention the 701s with the Aria, but have not seen much mention of the Woo Audio 3 with these cans... Thanks
