I am having the same problem, it only turns on when its plugged in via USB. It does charge when plugged in and the battery is full. Bought it from head direct. Should I return mine?

I just the two products today and don't seem to be able to fit the headphone to the amplifier, I think it's the 1/4" jack on the headphone. Would someone please help me out, or give me a quick fix, i live in SRI Lanka and it will take me a while to get a new cable. P.S. feel free to move this...
