Finally narrowed it down to 2, that is the creative aurvana live or the koss DJ100 / TSBE   The ones I have ruled out are: MDR-V55   ..... a bit bassy for me HD 439 .......... comfortable but did not sound very exciting, a bit safe and conservative for want of a description. SRH...

Hi Loevhagen what are your thoughts with regard to isolation on the CAL, i read somewhere that it was not that good.  

your help is appreaciated, I seem to be getting drawn to DJ100, theres seems to very little in the way of bad points in any reviews. though quite like the comfy factor of the HD 439's.

The DJ100 seem to get alot of good reviews but it is the DJ bit that puts me off, I am not sure they might be a bit bassy. I listened to some Px360's which I liked sound wise though not within my budget. Also listened to some Hd 205's which i did not like. If you know of any similar sounding...
