Sennheiser IE80's Impressions Thread
Got mine yesterday. Already used them for a couple of hours. Still not really sure about which tips to use. I've tried the hard bi-flanged, large and small tried the foam ones, tried some normal silicone tips, tried the ultimate ears bi-flanged ones that I still have lying around, for the moment...- fauxbourdon

What file format for music do you use?
All my material is ripped to FLAC on my pc, but i convert it to 256 kbps oggs for mobile use. The portable gear I use is either an 80gig 5.5 ipod or my phone (64gig xperia), listening with my ultimate ears super fi 5 pro's. Don't see the point in using flac's on the go because I won't notice the...- fauxbourdon

Hi, I'm seriously looking into getting these phones. I'd be running them out of a 5.5 ipod mainly. Would they benefit from an amp (despite the low impedance)? If I were to use an amp, I'd be thinking the fiio e11+lod. And from what I've gathered the main complaints about these iems are...- fauxbourdon
