After a year of tip rolling, I finally settled on and love the Sennheiser Silicone Eartips for IE 40 PRO....on the IE900

Can you tell me more about the MMCX connections? I am worried about damaging the IEMs. There's been some comments about connections that are too tight causing damage to the IE900 and the more common problem of loose connections falling out.

I tried it. Good case. Very very tight and hard to get off. Correct, no top protection but also no hassle when changing IEMs

Almost sold mine a couple of weeks ago but decided to keep it for travel use. Love the design and I have only 250 hours on it

AET-07 and 08 arrived. I realize now that they don't have ear wax guards. Thus far I am impressed with them, but I am concerned about getting wax in the nozzles. Um. So I have a disgusting question. How do you get wax out of the nozzle should it happen?

Sounds like you do more than one listening session per day. At most, I do one listening session per day. Our use case is different.

AZLA Crystals arrived. They sound good, but man it was really really hard to get them on. Not sure they are supposed to fit these IEMs, but I forced them on anyway. Now I am scared to take them off for fear of breaking the nozzle. Is this normal? Did I buy the right ones...

My struggle with tips. If I'm sitting up, nothing beats the stock silicone tips. If I'm laying down, the silicone tips move around and I lose the seal. If I'm laying down, Comply works best but I lose a lot of the IEM dynamics. I ordered AET 07 hoping for the ability to transition between...
