Skullcandy Fix in-ear earphones. They are decent for the gym. They stay in place and do not completely seal the outside. I have a pair of these and alternate them with the Bose mie2i.

The Klipsch S4 doesn't work well at the gym because the cord is microphonic and all you hear is rustle noises when it rubs on your shirt. I have a pair of S4's, and the tips don't fit my ears properly. They are cone shaped rather than round. You may want to try both pairs on before committing. 

I just bought a pair of the ATH-M50wh's. Awesome sounding, but I think I have a weird head shape as these feel uncomfortable. There are pressure points around my ears. 

I had a pair of Von Zipper snowboard goggles integrated with the Skullcrushers. Sound quality is not mind blowing but the cans do vibrate and make it seem like they are subs. They aren't bad if you are a casual listener but if you want audiophile sound, look elsewhere.
