The SA4 renders I've seen show a notched metal nozzle, which I tend to prefer vs the SA6 straight nozzle. Small thing but I don't like ear tips coming off in the ear. Towards the end of my DN-1000's life that started to happen some.

I've just received the west coast tour set out here in Hawai'i! Looking forward to a week with these buggers. I'll be sure to treat them well on their Hawaiian vacation. 

It's gonna be pretty awesome to test these out. Between the Music one and two, I feel as if I'd be more inclined to the two. Much of my audio follows a v-shaped signature (DN1k's, M-100's) and from the looks of current impressions of the two, it looks to follow that curve.

  I would bet that those impressions are better than anything a run-of-the-mill audiologist could muster up... Audiologists may be proficient in their own general practices like hearing check-ups, etc. , but there is no quality standard for CIEM impressions that audiologists have to adhere too...

If you like your M-50's, then buy them again! If you really need a change then buy it in a different color :-)

Just installed the gunmetal shields to my white M-100's. I think that gunmetal is the best matching color for these (besides stock). Not that other colorful shields look bad, but these seem to fit the whole white/silver color scheme the best.

Just received my M-100's! Listening to the Tron:Legacy soundtrack at the moment and I'm extremely content. Shields came perfectly engraved.
