Old headphones that I just no longer use but still work well. These have 3rd party earpads because the originals were super uncomfortable with long use. I no longer have the originals. You can find plenty of good and cheap replacement pads on Amazon. These are Brainwavz Memory Foam. I'm the...- Daegalus

Original owner of these. I purchased them back when they first launched. They work well still but they have been sitting around unused for years now. The earpads and headband cover degrade over time, even when not used. Earpads are easy to replace and good quality replacements can be found...- Daegalus

Philips Fidelio X2?!
So I have original Fidelio X2s. My ear pads are fine but the elastic in the headstrap is very loose and no longer really holds the headphones up. Is there an easy way to replace the strap or elastic? Would love to extend the life on these as they still work super well, just not staying in my...- Daegalus

Earbuds Round-Up
So I finally had time to run another test of the X6, RW-9, the MX365, and the MEMT T5. First X6 vs RW-9. In my previous post I mentioned how i could barely tell the difference. Now that I plugged it in to my FIIO BTR3, with a splitter and compared side by side. I do have to say the RW-9 is...- Daegalus

Earbuds Round-Up
I was using a OnePlus 6T with the USB dongle to test. I do have a Fiio BTR3 i can test with over wireless and LDAC. maybe some amping will show the differences better. I will do another round of testing with the dac. I can also plug it in over USB and use it as a USB dac, so I can bypass...- Daegalus

Earbuds Round-Up
So I got the Yincrow X6 and the RW-9 today, and I can't really tell much of difference. there is one, but I can't really pinpoint what it is. But its minor enough where It doesn't matter too much to the music I tested it with (Time - Pink Floyd, Letter - Yosi, Enter Sandman - Metallica, Limit...- Daegalus

Earbuds Round-Up
So I got a pair of Sennheiser MX-365 and the VE Monk Plus from massdrop. Listening to them side by side, i can't really tell the difference. Maybe a very slight bass bump on the Monk+, but honesty the MX-365s were easier to get, and work well. Only benefit is the Massdrop Monks have an inline...- Daegalus

Earbuds Round-Up
Having trouble keeping up with all the Earbuds. I am trying to find one as I am having pressure problems in my ear-canals, so IEMs are becoming a problem, and over-ear headphones are getting hot and heavy. So I am looking into Earbuds, as I didn't realize they had gotten so much better. What is...- Daegalus

FiiO’s Upgraded Bluetooth Amplifier BTR1K: Qualcomm QCC 3005 BT chip, BT 5.0 and aptX /aptX LL/AAC supported, RGB light, NFC pairing, Type C and USB DAC
I understand, its just inconvenient since my go to IEMs are the OnePlus Icons and other IEMs that have built in mics, and its placement is just awkward, but again, I understand. JUst wish it was an option.- Daegalus

FiiO’s Upgraded Bluetooth Amplifier BTR1K: Qualcomm QCC 3005 BT chip, BT 5.0 and aptX /aptX LL/AAC supported, RGB light, NFC pairing, Type C and USB DAC
My concern about all these bluetooth dacs, is why the hell is there no Mic passthrough options? I would love to continue using the mic that's built into my IEMs or the VModa Boom Pro I use for my headphones. The built-in mic is great for using with headphones that don't have mics, but it would...- Daegalus

Any info/reviews of the Soundblaster E3 and E1?
Yes, I believe thats how it worked. I haven't used my E1 in a long time, but the E3 works like that. I mean obviously the E1 has to be plugged into the phone as its not a wireless device, but it should work.- Daegalus

OnePlus Icons - Revews, Pics and Impressions Thread
So can anyone recommend some good tips? I love these, but if they get better with different tips, I am all for it. I would prefer to just buy tips directly instead of another IEM to pull off of, if thats possible, it would be ideal. I am not a huge fan of the Comply Foam tips, the foam thing...- Daegalus

I just got my Icons early, wasn't expecting them till Thurs/Friday, got them today and I just sat down to try them, keeping my hype at bay, I came in expecting them to be nowhere near the hype. Well, after playing all my test songs, I have to say......... WOW! These things rival...- Daegalus

Beyerdynamic DT-1770: Product Info, Discussion and Impressions
I know someone asked a few posts up about the X2 vs the DT1770, but I was more wanting to know how good of a compliment the DT1770 is to the X2 for on-the-go/office stuff. I love my X2, the sound signature is perfect and its always a pleasure to listen to, but I don't get a lot of time at...- Daegalus

Closed Equivalent to Fidelio X2
I can give the Shure's a shot, Shure is one of the only series of headphones I havent tried at any level (440, 880, etc, never tried). So if I can find a place to try to Shures, I will. otherwise I have to wait till I can sell some headphones to buy to try and return if I dont like them. ...- Daegalus

Closed Equivalent to Fidelio X2
Hey, after a long time without listening to my X2s due to lack of time at home near my desktop to listen, I finally had some time, and really realized how much I missed the sound. I have the Oppo PM-3s and they replaced Sennheiser Momentum M2 Wireless. They are great, but not quite the same...- Daegalus
