Yeah one of their guys actually called me personally and said they couldn't find the part in the US or Germany even though it's in their computer system. He just told me to ship it in for a new one.  

I called tech support then their parts dept, then their electronics guy. I'm just going to send them back to razor dog for replacement, no big deal.

I ordered last Thursday free ups ground and got them today. It's 2 day transit from RDD to my house so it was pretty quick. I'm loving them though. They're definitely throaty/punchy in bass but nowhere near bloated or bleeding. I think they're pretty laid back, very balanced.
