Hello guys.   I am able to find quite a bit of information about the Fiio X3, on the Fiio X3 thread and other places, though i am not able to find nearly as much information on the Fiio X5. what could be the reason for this? I could imagine that like a lot of other people, i am wandering...

any advice on the Ultra - focus 8000 or/and the ATH M - 50

a lot of people are "strutting the streets" in beats aswell.. and i think they look FAR WORSE!!! than the 780 .

the AKG 550 seems like a possibility, though they just look huge !

thats just it... i dont own any other pair of headphones (other than a shabby pair of Soundmagic PL50(in-ear)). so i am totally new to hi-fi/high-end headsets ..   i have looked at the at the Philips Fidelio L1, but they are semi-open back design, and i dont want them to leak to much sound ...

im sorry to say, but i really dont like the looks of "beyer" headphones... i have forgot too mention, that they have to be portable, and i would like them to be foldable/collapsable .

just the other day i have got an exchange model from Focal, though it was no better than the first headset. this one was hissing/scrattling aswell ...   personally i really liked the sound of the Focal Spirit ONE, but i just dont want to wrestle with returns and repairs any more, so i am...

i have just played some other songs on my Focal Spirit ONE, and now the hissing sounds starts again, though it stops in some of the songs if you just replay them(very weird!!!). this only happens when songs are played on my computer on "You Tube", it have never happened when my Focal Spirit...

i know this sounds weird , but here goes: seems like the problem i described before was some sort of "one time problem" . i have played all of the songs where the hissing sound occured, and suddently the hissing sound was not there .    so now theres only left for me to enjoy my new headset...

i have just got a set of Focal Spirit ONE.. but there is a problem, in some songs they have a nasty hissing scrattling noise in the right earcup does this fix over time via burn-in, or is it a permanent problem so that i have to return them .    i actually like the sound of these headphones...
