I love my 598, I only have 2 problems with it.    1. Being the replacement cable. The stock cable is a 2.5 TRRS to 1/4 TRS. No companies I found make a replacement/upgrade for it.    2. After about 1 year they didn't have near as much clamping force as when I bought them.    I would...

I would say that if you can get the Magni/Modi combo you will be very happy. Those little guys are mighty, when I got a chance to listen to  them they sounded great with the HiFiMan HE-6 with plenty of kick. Are you looking for only an amp? Is this going to be a portable setup only?    ...

I love this album, I don't care what critics say. Its a real kick back to older music. I would have personally like to see an all instrumental version of the album, because I feel like they put some great beats in there.

How about the HD598's? When  I bought mine for 250, they were still worth it. I think you can find them for around 199 if you look. The only warning I would have for you about them is that they are definitely a gateway drug to HD800's or Audeze's. 

Yeah! I saw her on Saturday on the same weekend. I was luckily about 3 feet from her. The acoustics were some of the best, you could tell that they looked into that a lot when building the center!

Just watch Mike's video, so glad they didn't catch my crying when I first listened to the LCD 2's.
