3 days and left side quit. No apparent reason. What can I check or replace to fix it. Before resorting to returning it. Thanks, Jim. Looks like cable is designed to be pulled out but must take more yank then I feel comfortable with?

Have any of you spent any time using your cans to listen to singing bowls or meditatiional type music?  I often do and find it quite relazing and satisfying.  Any thoughts on this?
