anyone out there never receive there headphones? hes had my $$$  for about a year now. never hear much about it on here anymore and was wondering if everyone has been satisfied but me?

can someone help me, i got a LD3 and it should be plug and play correct? this is my first tube amp. the fuses look fine but i plug it in and nothing?? am i doing something wrong?? tubes come intact...just doesn't make sense.....HELP!
