Audio from 2 soundcards simultaneously
hmmm, that j-river media center looks nice but it's just way more that I really want. I dont really want all those bells and whistles and applications, I just want a single app/tweak that can bundle my PC's sounds out two cards. Maybe it doesnt exist- doctafonk

Sounds good, NiceCans. Ill check it out. Actually, it would be rare, if ever that I would be listening through both at the same time so the echo wouldn't be a problem for me.- doctafonk

Audio from 2 soundcards simultaneously
My USB mixer is my primary "soundcard" when I want to play music through the stereo system, but I also have an X-Fi that I want to use on occasion (eg: just for headphone listening, or if I want to have a quick listen to something without having to switch on the all the audio equipment). It'd...- doctafonk

Ive always got a bunch of those types of inner sleeves handy. Most of the albums I buy usually dont have one. But the latest stuff? hmmm Hardware: Turbo's Turbodock for the iPod Music: King Curtis, Live at the Filmore West. Original Vinyl in close-to-mint condition. Such a great album.- doctafonk

iPod connected to PC on startup - SLOW
No, I dont leave it on all the time because of the noise (I already have one server on 24x7). You're right, it's not a critical issue, just an annoyance. But it would still be nice to fix it properly. Though maybe it's not possible with my current setup- doctafonk

Well yes, unplugging it first is an option, but I would much rather find a proper fix (if one exists). It's almost as annoying to have to unplug it before booting. Not to mention the occasions that Ill forget to unplug it then have to wait all that time to start. hmmm, but you've given me an...- doctafonk

Really? Well maybe that's understandable at the first two places where it freezes, but not the third (after logging into windows). So, anyone know of a solution?- doctafonk
