The Samsung P2 is now available at Circuit City *now with video!*

I'm a little confused about the type of connection the P2 makes to a computer. The device is listed as mtp but the specs claim ogg support but only with a ums connection. Does it do both? I am on a mac so I need ums if I am going to buy the P2. Thanks

    Sony A810, Sony S610 or Samsung T9?

According to Engadget, the A8xx series supports ums protocal but I can't find any info about this on Sony's website. I want to pick up this player but I'm on a Mac so I need basic drag and drop. Can someone who owns an 800 series walkman tell me how the device transfers media? Thanks Don

No more stock earbuds! Headphone recommendations please.

I've tried out a few canal phones over the past month and have found the E6i's to be the best in this price range. they usually can be found for around $100.00. Sound is very balanced with good detail. They are comfortable and are easy to insert. The Shure E2c's and the Sony EX81's are way too...

anyone tried um2's with ipod dock line out?

I've used the Shure E4c's with the level attenuator plugged into the Sendstation PocketDock and the sound is much cleaner. I mean, it is a pretty considerable difference. Far more detail and the sound seems wider and less closed in (if that makes sense). Don

What is shure e3c + a little more bass?

I like the bass on the E6i's but it is not heavy by any means. The sound seems to lean towards the treble side. I've heard the UE super.fi pros and the bass is pretty strong coming out of an Ipod. They are definitely a bass heavy canal phone. I think you can get them for around $200 on the...

    Head phones for my ipod?

I've been trying out the E6i's for a few days now. Here are some brief thoughts. *sound is superior to the E2c's. It seems more balanced with good detail in this price range. There is bass, but it is not thimping, so forget these if you listen to a lot of rap. You will hear the bass though...

New Guy needs help with IEM choice under $200.00

Oh boy, I am new to this terminology. To answer one question, I have the Gen 4 60G Photo Ipod. I already have a pocketdock because I use a portable speaker set at my office quite a bit. An amp is possible down the road but for right now I'm limited to headphones only. Don

New Guy needs help with IEM choice under $200.00

I took my first foray into canal phones a couple of months ago with the Shure E2'c which i don't care for much at all. They are way too bass heavy to me and it drowns out the highs and makes the music sound unnatural. Now I am on the hunt for a good pair of canal phones but I need to stay under...
