Mine died all of a sudden, the left driver doesn't work anymore. Honestly they sound great, but I have no plans on buying a new pair as this pair didn't even last me a full year. The cable noise is horrendous, too.

Just found out wearing these around your ears actually reduces cable-noise a great deal. Awesome. :P

AT CKS77 from what's I've been reading should be perfect for what you're looking for.   JVC HA-FX1X if you want something really cheap, and are willing to put up with some burn-in time.
