Does anyone tried doing this mod by themselves? What's the level of diffuculty on this? Any significant improvement from the stock? Is the mod reversible? Thanks guys! Planning to this mod.

the title says it all;) I am probably not a real audiophile coz i go for looks first... No matter how good sounding a headphone if its freaking ugly, i would not waste my money buying it.lol. If its the other way around i would do same. I judge a headphone by it looks and its sounds.
