Hey what cable you guys use to connect the M1 to the Mojo? The connection on the M1 is not the standard USB C connection right? I can only use the charging cable that came in the box to connect to the M1. All other standard USB C cannot connect to the M1

Thanks guys. The same file stored in internal memory played fine. So narrow down the problem to the SDcard.

Hi there I have the same problem with my new M2S which I just received. It came with 1.3 firmware. Out of the box it cannot read any microSD cards even those in FAT32 format. Have you solved your problem?

I have a problem with my new M2 PRO. Out of the box my PC and laptop don't recognize it. Plus whatever microsd card I put into the player it says TF failed to read.   Have I gotten a bad player? need to send back?

Sorry noob question too.   I want to use my ipod touch with my Mojo. Saw that Apple has this lightning to USB C cable. Can I use this directly or I still need to use the Apple CCK connector ?

ANyone has this problem? My ZX2 doent rcognize my micro SD card. Changed a few cards so I know its not barnd related problem.   WIth the card in the player, the ZX2 says there is nothing in the folder.   Connect to the PC, the computer dont recognize there is a card in the ZX2.

OK only after converting to 16 bit Wav then it works.  But I thought TERA accepts 16bit and 24bit?

Still not working. The only other file in the folder is the jpg cover file which I removed. What other things is there to remove? I extract the files using WinRar

How come I cannot play this on my TERA? Is it my SD card? I'm using a Kingston 16 Gb Class 4 card. The card is confirm OK coz I can play other wav file on it in TERA.

Why is it when I try to copy some files onto my Calyx M a message appears something like "Calyx may not be able to play this file" and true enough, those file will not be able to be read in my player.   These files are normal FLAC or WAV files that work well in my other players like AK240...
