Are there really no Android-compatible in-ear wired earphones with a mic and remote?

Okay I've just received the adapter cable yesturday, and it's absolute rubbish. I've tested it with my HTC Desire and my wife's Blackberry 9700. With my phone the earphones were recognised as just earphones and not hands-free. So needless to say, NONE of the buttons worked. With the...

Are there really no Android-compatible in-ear wired earphones with a mic and remote?

Alright I've opened the box and tried the earphones out!! First thing's first: The control: The volume buttons do absolutely nothing. Middle button works for Play/Pause when you click it once. But clicking it twice will go to the previous track instead of going to the next track like it's...

Are there really no Android-compatible in-ear wired earphones with a mic and remote?

deephile and kenman345, thanks you very much, that's great help. I'll just continue a bit more research in xda-developers.com and then i'll probably try the V-moda's on my HTC Desire.

Are there really no Android-compatible in-ear wired earphones with a mic and remote?

Infact I have not yet seen one person (online that is) saying a 3-button remote earphones set has worked well...

Are there really no Android-compatible in-ear wired earphones with a mic and remote?

That's a shame. Do you reckon the remote of the V-moda remixremote that I have (I have not yet opened them because I might want to return them) would work with my Android HTC Desire if I install the Klipsch app?

Are there really no Android-compatible in-ear wired earphones with a mic and remote?

Thanks for your help. They both have the one button control which sounds suspiciously annoying. And the Klipsch is not only ridiculously expensive, but got bad reviews on Amazon.co.uk regarding compatibility with Android phones, and its one button remote being quite annoying to use (lags...

Are there really no Android-compatible in-ear wired earphones with a mic and remote?

I've looked so much on the internet and couldn't find any such earphones. I've also just received V-moda RemixRemote earphones and found out that they sadly don't support any products other than Apple's. So the earphones would obviously work in the sense that you would hear the music, but...
