When it comes to pure sound quality (accuracy, details, sound neutrality, frequency range) and suitabilty for jazz, classic and some folk, independent rock with a tendency to acoustic instruments, what would be the better device for my ears?

What would be a good classic rack CD player with a good high quality direct headphone output (good DAC etc.)? One that could maybe make a headphone amplifier obsolote? I'd also like to plug both my low Ohm Sennheiser HD 25 and the 600Ohm Beyerdynamic DT880 to it. Does that make sense?
