On the advice of this forum I've got a pair of the Panasonic RP-HJE900's which I loved until they recently broke*.  So can someone recommend a sub-$200 in-ear earphones with replaceable cables, good noise isolation and very good sound.  (Or if someone here has one for sale, please PM me.) ...
