Well I ordered another pair, this time from Head-Direct, just to make sure I have a warranty this time. /fingers crossed

Has anyone experienced an issue where the screw that attaches the yoke works it's way off of the driver and pops out? I can't get HiFiMan to service it and I don't really want to have to replace them out of pocket.

I got the pair. I'm digging them so far. The volume pot is a little stiff past 11 or 12 o'clock (intentional?), but no biggie.

I'm looking at the Ultrasone 2400s for now. The HDs were just a for instance. The Shures are closed, while you say they're not as closed as others that's still something I'm not looking for. I'm more or less shying away from the Grados.

Headphones are getting done first this time.
