Anyone seen a player with these features?

Thanks Blackdream! I'll try looking for one, but iRiver is even harder to come by... Edit: Hmm it looks like a media-(incl video)-player, with replacable, but proprietary batteries... Thanks for suggestion, but it's not really what I'm looking for. Well then: anyone tried...

Anyone seen a player with these features?

Thanks, I've heard about them, but they are very hard to come by around here. I'll try to find a source for it, though. Anyone have any other suggestions? Hmm, I found some places that have it, but ~$175 is a bit steep for it... For about the same price, I can get a Zen V 4GB..

Anyone seen a player with these features?

Hi there! I'm back again. Looking for a new player. For a sort-of-like flash-MD. Yes, MD was great for musicians. Some portable players have a couple of those nice features, too, but not all. To get to the point, these are the things I'm looking for: - replacable battery - line-in...

    Zen Vision:M firmware update troubles

Had something similar with my muvo - except it looked dead, wouldn't even turn on. Maybe try this with the dead one first. What I did was, reboot with it in the usb port (tried to see if I could force- flash it in linux, as I could at least see it in linux, unlike windows, where it was not...

    Resurrected my DAP!

*rejoicing smily* The dead dap has risen! It's the night of the living dap! One morning in December while going as usual to the uni, I turned my Muvo on and heard no sound. Thought it was the accumulator - but no, it wrote "No music". Later that day, when I got home, I plugged it into my...

    MP3 player through the WASH!!!

Talk about sturdy/realiable - a feature many players lack nowadays... My Muvo died last month after 1.5 or 2.5? years of use. I took good care of it, but simply from one day to the other, it refused to start playing, and when plugging it into my laptop, it reported an error. Oh well...

Do ALL IEM's suffer from "footstep syndrome"?

When I first put in my ep630s while going, it was a bit shocking to hear every footstep and to feel that the cable is dragging at my ear. The 630s are like normal earbuds, in the sense that they go straight down from the ear. like: °| Then I just put it in upside-down, and led the cable away...

Need a cure? Here's mine: Snatch up a good deal *cough* like my $35 K-340 *cough* Then be completely broke, knowing that to buy something better than that, you'd have to give up too much; Arrange your wants into a wish-list, keeping your preferences in mind (yeah, I'm an economics student...

Which headphone was your "best bang for the buck?"

Not bad, but I still take the cake: "used"/unused K-340 for... ... $35 Meanwhile, some were going for €100+ on ebay.de Also, an old Sony CDP-270 for $0 - they were going to throw it out, it just needed a bit of repair, though. The tray still works manually, but the rest...

    Senn HD-580 Jubilee & HD-600 'carbon fiber'

That may also depend on the weave direction and other factors. It does conduct resonance well when done one way - some hi-end bass guitar manufacturers swear by them (like Zon, Status, Modulus; or older Shack, Alembic from the Alembic/Modulus era, Moses, etc), and they are not only known for...

    Can hip-hop/metal damage electrostatics?

My 2 cents: 1.) Use will shorten any equipment's lifespan. (yet don't forget that in about 40 years electrostats loose their charge...) 2.) Some uses will be degrading certain parts faster. Our ears are not as sensitive in the lower-frequency region, so we need more of it. Look at the...

What do you do to take your mind off waiting for e500?

I'm more concerned about the new Conroe aka Core Duo. Or Windows Vista. Or whether the new MTD Z6s will really be as good as some say, and whether they will be available as lefty. And lots of other things
