Sure, I think pictures are already buried somewhere in this thread but this is mostly what it looks like. Since then I replaced the open-frame choke with a Hammond unit to match the output transformers. But on the inside, it still looks the same.

Unsurprisingly, yes, I'm still using one. It's not the original but the transformer design that @nikongod and I collaborated on.
