Hi there, if anybody wants to try his favorite eartip with bigger hole than A151s stems diameter cca 3,9 mm, just get the smallest stock single fangle eartip and put it on stem like on the photos.  Happy attempting!  Be very careful when changes the tips, avoid to broke the stem!      ...
