Well, there are plenty of earbud reviews on Head-Fi. The Sennheiser MX580 is pretty terrific sound quality wise. I would be willing to sell you my unused pair or my Yuin PK3 (also terrific for sleeping) for a darn good price.   Quote:

I would recommend purchasing a pair of earbuds. Honestly, the pressure buildup with an IEM may cause damage or infection (if your tips are dirty) to your ear if used nonstop for hours.

After comparing the Musiland Monitor 02 US to the NuForce uDAC, I found that I preferred the Musiland by leaps and bounds to the uDAC.
