what sound settings are you guys using?   off my rokit 6 monitors i am using stereo and hi-fi, although ive heard that the war tapes setting sounds good, but im not sure what each setting does to the sound exactly

Heres my desk set up. Right now im running off my laptop (sorry, no rig  ), but im hoping to build an actual computer this summer.  And sorry for the distortion, I had to shoot this with my family's 7 year old point and shoot since my brother lost our better camera.     Some of you may ask...

i have an emu0404 connected to my rp6g2's. but thats was $200. For around $400, ive heard good things about the cambridge audio dac magic are you looking for balanced or unbalanced connections?

are you running them directly out of computer or ipod/music player?   i noticed a dramatic improvement in the bass department when i listen through my emu 0404 headphone out.  much punchier and more powerful bass

i have an emu 0404 usb and i was wondering if the emu 0404 usb's headphone amp is capable of driving the 250ohm version of these headphones, or should i just stick with the 80ohm version?     thanks   edit: and just out of curiosity, has anyone tried using the 250ohm headphones hooked up...
