Well I am sure I am not alone in this story. My ipod was stolen from my house ata a party and I am now without any mp3 player. The one I had was a 20gb. I liked the ipod but wasn't too crazed over it. I am looking to buy a new mp3 player in the 200-300 dollar range. What would you guys reccomend?

Just curious how everyone feels about the customer service from the different companies. This is almost as imnportant as the headphone itself to me, especially when I lay down some decent money. Who would you rank as the best and worst customer service from headphone companies?

I am looking for a higher end sennheiser headphone that will have a bit more of a punchy bass then the HD580. Would either the HD555 or the HD595 fill this need? I am looking for an open model
