I think they they use the same kind of opamps. i hav a pair of 49720HA on adapter so i am able to transfer over to Essence One rite?

Would like to ask some questions before pulling the trigger soon. Can i use opamps frm my essence ST to fit into the essence one? If it fits the essence ST, it fits the One. Am i right to say tis?

Since ST/STX are using quality DAC, capacitors,swappable opamps. Is it right to say that the extra quality sound that comes out from the essence one are mostly because of the power supply, circuit board and dual mono dacs?

Never regretted upgrading to Focal CMS40.

Creative X - Fi titanium HD is something between Forte and Essence ST.

I hav only heard Focal and the other brands like KRK, mackie, yamaha and so on and i conclude that Focal really is ahead of them. Brands like Dynaudio, Adam and Focal all received positive reviews at gearslutz. Really really enjoy my focal cms40

Cant leave out the Focal. Focal CMS50 are 5 inch. Isnt that around the standard size for monitors with 5 inch woofers?

low frequency bass while punchy and 50 dollars cannot be in the same sentence. try to increase ur budget? the speaker JRG1990 recommended only goes down to 48hz. tats nt really low

if you are looking for bass, i would suggest a sub to go with the RP5 instead of buying the RP8 alone.

no no no i dint mean it wont go loud, i mean the dynamics u would lose frm listening from that far. the KRK RP5 can go REAL LOUD.   Quote:
