Should also give bodyguardz a look. It's similar material to BSE and invisible shield, but the texture is finer, thus for the iphone front screen, your finger slides so much better on bodyguardz than any other shield type protectors. I have it on my iphone right now, it's great~

yeh, pin 17 is 5V, pin 13 - 16 is ground. for a while i thought I had shorts between 13-16, used desoldering braid to make it really really clean and it was still shorted, then I read the spec sheet, doh! One of the gotchas if you didnt read the spec sheet I guess, heh

the diagram you drew has the connections between pot, jack and input output on the board messed up. your input 1 should not be tied to r-in on the board, but should be connected to the input jack, your output one should not be tied to the same jack as your input 2. Output looks to be fine...
