I hooked up the e07k to my desktop and it was beautiful stutter free, as well as no stutter in deus ex human revolution. Which leads me to believe it has something to do with my laptop, or windows 8. As my desktop is windows 7. 

Tried gaming with the eo7k, in Deus Ex Human Revolution, there is a stutter on animated scenes.. I'll try to make a video of it.

My CKN50 came in today. Got them in the barn burning in (in the barn so I won't be tempted to pick them up for a few hours).   I got the white ones, they look cool. I hate the asymmetrical cable though.   I see the filter has 2 small holes, could probably kramer mod them, or pop another...

I say some audio technicas, with the short cable with extension, gives you plenty of security as far as if the cables get pulled on =)

already took the phone apart, I am thinking about just credit card charging a broken screen verizon s3 from ebay and swapping the motherboard. Luckily i do have a recent backup of all my stuff on the sd card. Sucks though. But yeah please make that a warning, I am sure the fast charge killed it. 

I think i know why, i activated fast charge earlier today... that might have killed it =(  sucks because I currently have no job, and was relying on the phone on my applications.

On my original Zune 30   I like it alot over my old E5. I just got to get used to the bulk. Now I wanted it for my phone Galaxy S3, waiting for my OTG cable to come in (gonna be a while since its coming from China). Will also be using it on my laptop for music and games =)

I placed an order for the CKN50s last night, and my Fiio E07k comes in tomorrow, can't wait! I also ordered the usb otg cable for it to mate with my phone a few days but that will also be a waiting game for them to come in. 

Those somic color scheme looks like a kids toy! lol   Those CKN50s have been on my mind the last few days lol.. even at $60ish shipped on ebay, still seems like a good price. Even if i Dad was to source them in japan, he wouldn't be back to the US til March and than would still have to ship...

Does it do that for all songs now? you could have damaged them, as they wheren't burned in properly yet , and already left a few hours at extreme volumes. Contact monoprice and see what they say. 

Thanks , I messaged him and he said it would be expensive to ship from China than its worth. Surely there is another option for it without resorting to carrying a long cable every time I use it on my phone.    Maybe use standard mini to micro male cable, and short out pins 4 and 5...
