    Hi Snowball0906 - sorry for my late reply. No I have not. I tend to listen to these only when travelling (ie, with my phone only), as I prefer my Sennheiser HD 25 1-II headphones when at home.

    Thanks for the kind comment.   Yes, it's always possible that the phones are source-sensitive. The iPhone 5S and my laptop (a fully-specced early-2014 Macbook Pro) are pretty neutral in their presentation from what I can tell. I suspect that these phones will pair better with bright sources.  ...

    I listened to both the V and VI and felt that the VII and VIII were a significant step up in sound quality.   I don't remember much about the sound signatures of the V and VI, but one of them (the VI ??) was noticeably more aggressive in the highs than than the buttery-smooth VIIIs.   S

    Yes, and I live next door to Singapore (in Malaysia).   Unfortunately, Null Audio does not offer the head-fi discount that Tomo offers. Ordering through Null means paying an extra $100-$150 once shipping is included for some models.

    Has anyone tried the LS6?   I'm going to Japan in March and am thinking of ordering an LS6 when I get there.   I'm a bit worried about the reported "spike" in the upper mids with the Rooth IEMs.   I prefer a flat signature.

    No, I haven't been able to get a definitive response on this. It would be good to hear from one of the major reshellers as to whether or not they think they can preserve the FreqPhase properties.
