I have the new firware from the Hisound Audio site and it has the EQ settings on it so I am confused with MIOW's post. I have had the Rocoo for a couple of weeks now and am well pleased with it also.

I have had my rocoo and studio for a few days now. The rocoo sounds really good with my se 530's and RIO's. The Studio sounds even better lots of power for a pair of hd 475's. I have had a problem with the Studio firmware, it froze when I changed the SD card and now refuses to work - I hope...

I also enjoy the sound quality of the AMP3 and have preordered the Studio (and Rocoo) in anticipation of them being great players. Lets hope soon we can all be doing what we ultimately want and listen to some music!

Although the volume increase seems nominal in the new FW it is very noticable that the hiss is louder. I have a pair of se530's which I could use with 5.41 and only notice the hiss in quite moments. With 5.42 the hiss is far louder and can be heard during some of the louder passages of music now.
