Received my pair of RE-272s yesterday. I am currently burning em with some bass heavy tracks + white and pink noise. From the first impression... I am sure I will like em more than RE-262s ;) they are deffo more universal for different genres of music /something I was missing with 262s.. rock...

I have come to discovery when I was using my clip+ with re 262s and was amazed by how stunning it sounds without amp.   Try this: On rockboxed clip+ go to Settings/Playback settings/Replaygain/Preamp and set it to 5.5 db and also set Replaygain type to track. Now re 262 sounds incredible...

So there is no other option for me to just stick to fuze v2 when I need LOD and FLAC support? I was hoping there are more players with Line out/LOD, dunno maybe irivers or something else exept ipods?

Hey guys!   My sansa fuze v1 battery died :( I am looking for a replacement player. It MUST HAVE LOD and it should play FLAC files. I dont like the idea of messing with itunes so I guess ipods are not the option here.   What should I get?   p.s I liked the fuze sound with LOD...

Anyone tried RE262 with comply tips?

Looking for replacement of my Yuin pk1. It should be in ear and it should have similar bass response but with better resolution, details, soundstage, SQ etc. I prefer neutral and analytical sound sig but bass needs to be there at least same as in pk1.   I am not looking  into customs...

Well, I bought an CmoyBB v 2.3 when it arrived it sounded great, after lets say 4-5 hours it sounded crap and remained to sound crap untill like 70 hours. Now after 70+ hours it sounds much better to me more musical detailed even with the crappy stock muddy opa2227p opamp.   Need to change...

Looking for uncolored neutral amp which did not give or took anything from the signal just ads lots of details texture deep soundstage and separation.   I prefer more accurate analytical dark sound without any coloration or recession of music spectrum no veiled middle etc. just pure clean...

Replace the stock cable for some decent mini to mini that stock cable degrades SQ a lot.

Ive been using build r27060m-100622 for about a week now without any problems. Interesting thing is that my rockboxed clip+ sounds nearly as good as my fuze+lod+fiio5 really difference in amplification compared to stock firmware, however I would enjoy pk1 more amped but its really impressive...

AKG K319 first pair broke same the replacement. Very bad experience.
