I would just say. I think there is a difference between receiving updates for new features and receiving updates for stuff to be functional. My personal expectation is not frequent updates or even occasional updates, but really essential updates which can be once a yr or even once every n yrs...

agree. i've been messaging the A&K facebook administrator and could never get any concrete update. right now, i am slightly tempted to sell my AK380 to maybe fund a slight downgrade to DX220.
