I ordered a MHSS from tomb and eventually got around to building it. I plug it in, and switch it on, and all I hear is a clicking coming from the power supply. So I take it apart, and check on the resistor (the one you're not supposed to touch to the standoff) and it reads nothing for resistance...

my bantam dac is not working. IC2 is reading 4.75 volts, but IC1 only reads .89v or so. I just replaced IC1 and got the same thing, I ordered 2, so I have 1 extra, but I want to know if its a problem with something else?
