lol wow i almost missed this thread. cool idea James. personally i would like to try either the JVC FX500 or the atrio M5s, as both of them are supposed to be for the basshead. i have tried a good range of earphones, in search of that one pair that satisfies my bass needs. personally i...- d.n.d.

Review: Monster Turbine Pro Copper edition
First off, I want to say thanks to everyone at Monster for the opportunity to review these earphones. They were provided for free for review purposes. A special thanks goes to Gernard whom I met at Canjam 2010, and Aaron as well for making this possible. This is my first review, so please...- d.n.d.

Best In Ear for a Bass Addict
not to threadjack, but has anyone owned both the MTP golds and the denon C710s? i may pick up the MTP golds soon to see if they can satisfy my needs, but the prospect of picking up the C710s and saving some cash is appealing. i think some comments/comparisons between the earphones suggested...- d.n.d.

Help deciding the best bass IEM for a "bass-head" with SQ, would like iPhone capabilities but not essential
funny thing is, the only pair of headphones i have that are as good (maybe better) than the studios are my denon D1001s. nothing else comes as close as my denons in terms of the bass reproduction that i want. and as for IEMs, the only pair i have that comes close might be the IE8s but their...- d.n.d.

hey guys i am in the same boat as the OP. like the OP i like my bass deep and with good impact, quantity, and extension but not over the top (sony XB500) or headache inducing. i came very close to getting the beats by dr dre studio because of its bass, but ended up with the denon D1001 instead...- d.n.d.
