I designed and made this PGA2310 module. It uses an Arduino to control it :) Some details here: http://nospecifictopic.blogspot.com/2011/01/controlling-pga2310-with-arduino.html

My first completed PCB design, High End LM317 regulator! Ready to do the first PCB!

Wow excellent results for your first PCB! I've had the drilling problem before too. You can make the pads larger so that there is less chance of lifting the trace but if you want to make an SMD version, look for the SOT-223 packaged LM317:     The schematic would be the same, just...

My first completed PCB design, High End LM317 regulator! Ready to do the first PCB!

With a simple regulator design it might be easier and cheaper to just get one off eBay?   http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LM317-DC-5-24V-Out-2-5-12V-Volt-Regulator-Converter-/230586703745?pt=UK_BOI_Electrical_Test_Measurement_Equipment_ET&hash=item35b009df81#ht_6415wt_957    ...

LME49860 class A bias with cascode SMD JFETs

Quote:   Thanks for the reply jcx.   Well its a line stage so the load would be small compared to headphones, like 10-50k, that of a power amp.   Can you show me a schematic or a link to a "ring of two bjt feedback ccs" example?

LME49860 class A bias with cascode SMD JFETs

Hi, I'm designing an LME49860 based linestage which I'd like to biased in to class A. I think I'll use the cascode JFET method, ala the PPA. I just want to be sure I've selected the right transistors for Q1 and Q2. I want to use SMD components, I've read Tangents documentation and think...

Arduino based passive analogue input selection & volume control

Well for what its worth here is my design, still waiting for some DIP switches to arrive (for setting the I2C addresses) but I've tested it and it works really well! I'll have a few spare PCBs if anyone is interested.

Arduino based passive analogue input selection & volume control

Sorry to bump an old thread but did anything become of this? Just curious as I've designed pretty much the same thing, got PCBs and just waiting for some components to test it out....I'll use an Arduino too.

    Anyone tried the LM4562 yet?

Aahh, cheers for the link, some interesting discussion.

    Anyone tried the LM4562 yet?

I searched and found nothing! National is really talking it up: http://www.national.com/pf/LM/LM4562.html Easily drives 600 loads Optimized for superior audio signal fidelity Output short circuit protection PSRR and CMRR exceed 120dB (typ) THD+N of 0.00003% I'm waiting for mine to...

I finished my Multi-Hybrid. See here for the design: http://www.headphoneamp.co.kr/bbs/zb...sijosae&no=217 I designed my own PCB, used Panasonic FC caps bypassed with 100nF caps, 1% matched resistors, Alpha pot, IRF610s and a 6922 tube lit with a UV LED. I got it into the same hammond case my...

opamp rolling: Single Supply > Dual Supply with TLE2426??

I am wanting to swap the dual opamps in my Nakamichi DAC (NEC 4572's) which are single supply for OPA2132s which are dual supply opamps and I was wondering if I could do it as pictured with a TLE2426......I have tried to work this out in my head but the different grounds confuses my somewhat...
