Ive finaly found a solution.. every post on the net refers to interference from the grafic card.. now ive removed the bracket from the soundcard and "mounted" it with some none conductive material and the buzzing is all gone.. I had what everyone else on the net had with the buzzing in 3d games...

super.. just checked with onboard soundcard again.. and its still there.. guess im just not aloved to play games on my PC anymore.. bummer.. when my graphic card is working with a 3d game it goes nuts.. maybe a USB DAC / amp will do the trick.. kinda expensive test though.  

No crackling or buzzing with onboard sound, got phones plugged right into the soundcard and the soundcard is at the buttom and the graphic card as far away as it can get (top PCIe slot)
