Yeah ive heard some bad things about the pro 900's mids and highs. Which is why i think the m100 is a better basshead instrument. How is the m100 unamped?

Normal listening....?  :) Its all personal preference and taste, etc. There are some out there who just like the constant, extra bass of the jh16 than the neutrality of the jh13. I think I am one of those weirdos

hmm.....analog....what sound or instrument/music does that relate to? not completely sure what analog seems to indicate. I'm guessing for modern dance, electronic, and EDM this analog sound is not really a good match. Perhaps I should stick with my Jh16..

Just suddenly curious due to the last comment about the 8A, is it just the tonal difference between the jh16 and 8a? Like the jh16 is more analytical and treble-bass accentuated while the 8a is more silky and has strong mids? Or am I just talking bullsh*t?

lol. sorry for not reading previous posts. I was just in a rush. It seems though I may just be getting the s4i II over the x10i and over the x7i due to its greater bass response with its dynamic driver over the other two with balance armatures. Thoughts?
