you can still contatct them about it. they should send you replacement shields with the correct engravings for free. they messed up on mine before and i contacted them and they sent out correctly engraved shields with no extra charge.

they don't make you ship it back. they ship you a new one without charging you extra shipping. from my experience.

i'm sorry man. going through the thread i haven't seen this happen at all i've ordered custom shields twice and it hasn't happened to me. what was the image that you were trying to get on a shield?

when ordering custom things, it doesn't hurt to ask if you have an idea of something you want. the worst they can do is say no. but i'm glad they did it.
