Android phones and USB DACs
Another question - does Audio Recorder Pro overcome the pause thing with OTG, where when you resume you "speed up" the music until it "catches up" with where you would have been if you hadn't paused? Because that's annoying...- Vuroth

Android phones and USB DACs
Quote: Man, I haven't been able to find a micro-to-mini OTG for my Samsung GS3 to iBasso D4.... Quote: ...oh wait, would this work? ...and if it does, the next step would be to find a case that would hold both. (or silicon band, but that blocks the screen I guess) /dream...- Vuroth

The diary entries of a little girl in her 30s! ~ Part 2
I drove down to watch the Boston Marathon a few years ago. Def one of the coolest (and busiest, from a pedestrian traffic point of view) events I've ever seen. I'm already sad and don't really know what happened yet.- Vuroth

The diary entries of a little girl in her 30s! ~ Part 2
Quote: A few points: - I do think NK are mostly bluster and have been for a long time. Of course, bluster with a nuclear arsenal is a different story. - I do think the NK establishment is a little out of their minds. - I'm not sure sure that NKs are brainwashed as much as they are...- Vuroth

Quote: I read all the Paksenarrion stuff a while back. Entertaining. A bit fluffy, but there's nothing wrong with that. Quote: Bass guitars are for percussionists who want to fool people into thinking they're guitarists. :D- Vuroth

What book are you reading right now?
Quote: Patrick Rothfuss. Fantasy genre. I'm kind of torn. Parts of it were riveting, parts were uncomfortable or boring. I'm reading the sequel, so overall I guess I the experience was positive, but I'm still somewhat on the fence.- Vuroth

warren, kudos to your dealing with zardak. oh, and that guy (EDIT: mutabor) who complained he was called a bunch of names here? He was. I mean, only after trolling HARD, and insulting MF's knowledge. Not that he portrayed it that way....- Vuroth

I remember Moist. Silver was ok. Machine Punch Through was probably better. Tangerine, if it's the one I'm thinking of, probably the best of the bunch.- Vuroth

The diary entries of a little girl in her 30s! ~ Part 2
Quote: :) Quote: Disagree strongly regarding the writing in Doctor Who. What it is is variable. It runs the full range of sci fi writing, from epic to cheesy to humourous to clever. It's absolutely, unquestionably hit and miss. That said, the guy in charge also does...- Vuroth

Quote: Not ALWAYS wise. When I was looking at buying Sword of the Stars 2, for example, I noticed that the metacritic reviews started out awful, and got progressively better over time. Reading into the reviews, peopel commented on how a years worth of development went in after...- Vuroth
