ZMF Caldera Closed
The lambskin deep, which is going to be named as "Caldera Thick, Top Perf, Lambskin" is about as thick as it will get for Caldera Closed I guess. On the left below is the hybrid stock pad, on the right is the thick.- vsg28

ZMF Caldera Closed
The red pre-installed mesh is most damped and thus has the most treble attenuation. I'll also leave these here as well, the final piece to my review puzzle being written:- vsg28

ZMF Aegis Official Thread
With so much drama here surely someone should provide popcorn too? Just here to say I like tubes: and I am going to make a beeline at CanJam London to try out the Aegis to see if it can be a dynamic/planar headphone amp to complement my BHSE (for e-stats).- vsg28

ZMF Caldera Closed
I can't speak for others but I can't release my review until I have finished testing everything. This includes the new pads and mesh arriving on Tuesday, so I will plan on having my review go out on launch day/time allowing readers to purchase the set if they so desire. I'll start writing it...- vsg28

ZMF Caldera Closed
Just got notice of the lighter front mesh as well as Caldera Closed seude pads shipping so this is going to be a long review haha. In the meantime, allow me to share these with you: Don't worry about target adherence, especially since the target changes in the last graph, as much as how it...- vsg28

ZMF Caldera Closed
If you go by basic rules of thumb when it comes to pad type, it isn't that hard: 1) The more perforated the pad, the more air going in and out, the less seal you get. This can affect bass (body and impact) and upper mids (that ethereal/spacial feeling) and can generally be seen in FR...- vsg28

Interestingly, for me the installed pads were hybrid lambskin with suede inside, I believe these are going to be the stock pads for Caldera Closed too: Lambskin Deep were in the box as the secondary pads, these are slightly deeper than the hybrid pads and allow more of that ethereal feeling...- vsg28
