Just a small note: I used the baby stax outdoors this winter in Oslo, and  regardless how cold it got, they did not seem to suffer the least.

I've found a Stax sr 80 / srd 4. Given that it works, is it worth it?   I already have a pair of SR-001s, love the sound, but I'm wondering if the SR 80s pick up the slack from the 001s.

First post here!   I'm currently looking to buy a decent portable rig.   So far I'm pretty sure I'll get the Stax SR-001MK2 iems. They're within budget and the reviews I've seen here, sound promising. I'm not really interested in anything else than iems as I don't like wearing headphones...
