  That's exactly how my set up will be soon, still waiting for the balance Litz from Ted.   How the connection on the balance cable, do you hear any cut out or cracking when you move the cable around, I had that trouble when I move the AK100ii around, if it's stay still it's perfectly...

I don't know what makes AK give that statement, since quick charging should only works with Qualcomm chip that supports quick charging, other than that it would be just same as regular charging.

Yes, the stock cable is so annoying for me as well, it might be tough, but it's too firm, and tangled easily.   You might like westone ultra thin or ES/UM Pro replacement cable, so flexible and and thin.

Yes, I heard a lot about filter modding. But is the filter only sold by Shure directly? I don't want to mess up my blue and turns out I don't quite like it. Wouldn't taking the foam out will make it brighter just as the white? I'm afraid that will make it my ears fatigue faster.

I'm new with SE846, I used blue for one day,then switched to white for few days I like the high on the white. Then couple days ago I switched back to blue, somehow it's easier and better on my ears now.

This thing is heaven, got my Silver Dragon, reterminated from balanced to SE, since I have problem with balanced out of my AK100ii, slight movement will bring static and cut outs on the right channel. Drew suggested to have it reterminated to single end, and now it has Oyaide 3.5 end, rock...

  It works, you made it so simple ... Comparing the Tidal directly from my S6 and AK100ii, I can hear the difference right away.   Just wish it supported naturally on the AK, but at least for now your workaround works wonder. THANK YOU
