Philips SHE3580 IEM review--how can something sound so good for $10???
Sometimes tips can be fussy depending on conditions like ear oils etc. Since the Philips 3580/3590 come with different size tips - might be worthwhile trying the different sizes in the ear that does not seem to have a good fit - that might help.
