Draws me into the music so that I forget any attributes of the sound and therefore can't answer your question. Seriously, the only question is: does it draw me into the music? I can analyze the various hi-fi aspects of the sound, but anymore, I just don't care.

Only negative I know of with the HD600 is that they do require decent amplification. A cheaper headphone can sometimes sound better on a very cheap source (such as a cheap mp3 player or laptop). Same thing is true of speakers: a really great amp will make cheap speakers sound better, but really...

Those green's look pretty good to me.

It's not cheap, but a Cary 300sei might fit your needs. It's very warm and tubey, but  wouldn't call it distorted, and it will drive full size speakers as a bonus. It works great with the Senn 600/650's.
