    Holo Audio Spring R2R DAC

Has anyone had trouble with certain sources and the coax input? Specifically I'm using the Holo Spring 2 and a Fiio DAP. I tried to hook up a Fiio M11 today using the supplied 4-pole 3.5mm to RCA adapter and a 75 ohm coax cable and it wouldn't lock. I then connected the same setup to a Chord...

[FiiO M11] Android 7.0, 2.5/3.5/4.4 Powerful Output, Exynos 7872, Dual AK4493 DAC chips, 3GB RAM, WiFi, Two-way LDAC

Hi James, thanks for the update. A couple questions: 1) Are there limitations on the Aliexpress (Chinese) version that the international version will not have? Can international firmware be loaded onto this device in the future? 2) Can the M11 upsample Tidal to DSD and output via USB? Thanks!

[FiiO M11] Android 7.0, 2.5/3.5/4.4 Powerful Output, Exynos 7872, Dual AK4493 DAC chips, 3GB RAM, WiFi, Two-way LDAC

Does anyone know if the All to DSD function works for digital output - i.e. can the M11 upsample to DSD and send that DSD signal to an external DAC? The product page says "With the All To DSD functionality, all PCM audio signals will be converted to the DSD format during the digital-to-analog...

    Audio GD NFB6

How did yours arrive so quickly? Mine was shipped the same day as yours according to Kingwa's shipment list and is still sitting in Hong Kong. What a bummer.   Ah well, I'll have it soon enough I suppose. Still waiting on shipment notification for the NFB-17 too.

Cavalli EHHA Embedded Hybrid Headphone Amp

I searched through this thread for a while, but I still have a couple of questions. I was intending to build a balanced M^3, but this project is tempting. My questions: is there anything else that needs to be done to drive speakers other than use 2W resistors for R32 and R33 and a Zobel...

Questions about switching in balanced M^3

amb, Are R3 and R1 irrelevant when the input to, for example, the L channel on the M^3 board is switched to Sg? In other words, in the ground channel R3 and R1 are not present. Does their presence affect the operation of the L channel as a ground channel, or does L with grounded input operate...

Questions about switching in balanced M^3

I was planning on using a sigma11. I just looked into using a sigma22, since I hadn't really considered it, and I think it will be easier to just do the switching I described above than have to worry about inserting power into the board in non-standard places. The M^3 board is built with a...
