    [New] Philips Fidelio X1

Anyone go back to the stock cord? I find it way less fatiguing, and very comfortable even at high sound levels. The bass is better for rap & electronic music too imo. All in all I found I find it more enjoyable these days

    [New] Philips Fidelio X1

It is for me. I'm more sensitive to a lot of chemicals more than the average person though. I had to keep my X1 in front of a blowing fan for hours before I could wear my X1s. Took about 4 days before I could use them them for prolonged periods of time without any issues. Lovin my X1s now :)

    [New] Philips Fidelio X1

I use to get headaches from the fresh chemicals on the X1 until it gassed off.

    [New] Philips Fidelio X1

Just received mine today, 1 day earlier then expected! Some quick impressions:   First impression after I heard the bass hit was "Is this really an open back headphone?!". The bass was satisfying and this is coming from an Ultrasone 580. I switched out the stock cord after listening to a...

    The Monoprice MP9927 PG 208.. MP8320 (MEP-933)..The $7.11 club..

Just got my pair of the white versions, and must say I'm really impressed after 3 hours of burn-in. They remind me of my hifi-580 in earphone form. The rubber wiring really helps with all the complaints of the previous model, and the stock tips seem to work well for me as I'm not even sure if I...

I'm thinking of buying these. Can these be ok for jogging without the annoying wire rubbing noise?

    Ultrasone HFI 580 / DJ1 Review

The comfort on the 580 is terrible. Tough earpads, hard clamp, and a piercing pain feeling on top of your skull because the padding on top is hard & useless. They are pretty good for all kinds of music.

Some portables will be nice... last goldbox deal I bought some monster turbines and they were defective with one ear not working so I returned them. What's the...

Hey guys, any idea how to fix this?     Doesn't seem like I can just tuck it in and I have no idea how they made it stay put if you can.

Help! Torn earpad for Ultrasone 580s

Quote:   I'm going to look into those. Do they change the sound signature? If so how? But if I can fix this that can probably wait.   Anyone know how to fix this? It doesn't seem like I can just tuck it in and l have no idea how to seal it to keep it put.

Help! Torn earpad for Ultrasone 580s

About 1/4 of my right earpad has been torn off. I have no idea how and will post pictures if needed, but how does one go around repairing it himself the proper way? It looks like there is no adhesive. Were they just tucked in by the manufacture? Also the warranty said it excludes torn earpads ;(...

    Got my 580's in!!!!

Depending on the recording and your EQ, you can feel the bass rumble. Like try this song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sNu_LnaGxGw better if you can get it in better quality. The beginning of the song literally vibrates my headphones and ears so these headphones are capable but it really...
